Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for Tyler, TX to lead daily store operations, control costs, manage inventory, uphold image standards, and ensure food safety. You will recruit, develop, and retain a capable staff while delivering best-in-class customer service and driving sales and profitability.

The role requires leadership, accountability, and strong communication skills to coach a team in a fast-paced retail environment. This position is on site in Tyler, Texas.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
