Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is looking for a General Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and support team members.

You will drive sales, manage food safety, and coach staff to deliver Best in Class service while upholding Domino's standards.

Responsibilities include performance management, P&L awareness, inventory control, and fostering a safe, engaging workplace that motivates the team to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
• Customer Service experience.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
