Domino's Team BAM! in Socorro, NM is seeking a talented General Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure food safety, and manage staff while upholding brand standards and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will drive sales, mentor employees, and create a safe, welcoming, and efficient store that aligns with company goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong customer service background with leadership ability.
• Experience in fast food/quick service preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and hold staff accountable.
• Solid problem solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members
• Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety
• Provide Best in Class Customer Service

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
