Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Los Lunas, NM is seeking a General Manager to lead the store, coach the team, and drive results with a focus on safety, quality, and service.

You will oversee daily operations, manage costs, maintain food safety standards, and deliver best-in-class customer service while aiming to grow sales and profitability for the location.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
