Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Texas is seeking a talented General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold brand standards, drive results, and ensure guest satisfaction across all shifts.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage cost controls, food safety and inventory, deliver best-in-class customer service, and steadily increase store sales and profitability while maintaining a safe, positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• High School education or equivalent.

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members
• Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety
• Provide Best in Class Customer Service
• Increase Sales and Profit Potential

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
