Domino's Team BAM! in Sunnyvale, TX, is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead store operations, drive results, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will recruit and develop staff, oversee food safety and team safety, manage costs and payroll, and uphold brand image. This role offers advancement opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.

• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
