Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, drive results, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will oversee daily activities, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and ensure the store meets image, cleanliness, and punctuality expectations. This role requires prior management or supervisory experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead by example.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
