Domino's Team BAM! in Hobbs, NM is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store efficiently, take care of customers, and support our team.

You will oversee operations, drive results, recruit and develop staff, ensure food safety and quality, and aim to increase sales and profitability. This hands-on role requires a leader who grows talent while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role or similar position.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, & conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
