Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! in Alamogordo, NM is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run the store, care for customers, and support a cohesive team.

Lead store operations, drive results with cost controls, inventory, food safety, and image standards while coaching staff and maintaining attendance and punctuality. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing team members, delivering best-in-class service, growing sales and profits, and ensuring adherence to P&L and safety

Qualifications

• Prior management experience or similar role (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost and labor.
• Strong math skills for quick, accurate calculations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
