Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store efficiently, serve customers, and support team members.

You will oversee operations, control costs, recruit and develop staff, ensure food safety, and drive sales and profitability while upholding Domino's standards and values.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a leadership role.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience in fast food or quick service restaurant is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and hold the team accountable.
• Experience with P&L, food cost, and labor is ideal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
