Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the team.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, food safety, staffing, and driving sales and profitability while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
