Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is looking for a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills to run our store efficiently, take care of our customers, and support our team members!

As GM you will oversee operations, drive sales and profitability, ensure food safety and quality, manage costs, and recruit, develop and retain staff in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Basic math skills for quick calculations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
