Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. Store Operations Manager position in Oklahoma. You will oversee daily store operations, maintain cost controls, inventory, food quality, image standards, cleanliness, and punctuality to drive results.

You will recruit, develop, and retain staff, ensure food and team member safety, deliver best-in-class customer service, and work to increase sales and profitability while leading by example.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
