Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead daily store performance in New Mexico. You will oversee cost controls, inventory, food quality, image standards, and attendance while ensuring a clean, safe environment and exceptional customer service.

You will recruit, develop, and retain staff, manage a P&L, food cost and labor, and drive sales and profit. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and teamwork to meet goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior management experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Fast food/quick service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
