Culver's is seeking an Assistant Manager for Merch Foods Group, a Culver's franchising group, to lead shifts and develop a high-performing team in Zion, IL.

You will coach staff, uphold food safety standards, manage inventory, and drive guest satisfaction while helping to meet sales goals.

Competitive pay ($18.00–$21+ per hour), bonus potential, health benefits, paid time off, and growth opportunities are offered with on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Genuine, positive leadership with a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1–2 years of restaurant experience preferred; management experience a plus.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
