  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that embodies Cattlemens’ values of respect, integrity, and pride.
  • Ensure top-quality food, beverage, and service standards are maintained at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations, Main Office, and management team to achieve company goals.
  • Oversee budgets, labor, inventory, and cost control to meet operational and financial targets.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and professional restaurant environments — both inside and out, including property maintenance and landscaping.
  • Implement and enforce company systems as outlined in the Cattlemens Management Procedures Manual.
What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Commitment to upholding Cattlemens’ culture of quality and Western Hospitality.
