The General Manager’s primary responsibilities and accountabilities include providing an exceptional and successful customer experience while leading and maintaining the day‑to‑day operation of the store in compliance with established policies and procedures. The General Manager plans and implements the daily operations of the collision center to ensure that overall KPIs and insurance metrics are met. They coach and empower each team member’s performance and success in their individual roles. The General Manager promotes and maintains the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers, and plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer experience by ensuring alignment with all team members. General Managers are committed to leading by example at all times.
