Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. in McKinney, TX, is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-energy restaurant team and deliver legendary guest experiences.

You will manage the restaurant operations, drive performance through coaching, training, and engagement, and oversee local marketing and P&L results to keep the restaurant at the top of its game. The role also includes community involvement and talent development.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.

• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
