An established, locally owned company in the Yakima Valley is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead its day-to-day operations and help guide its next chapter.

We are a multi-department organization with approximately 25-50 employees. We're looking for someone who can lead people, solve complex problems, improve systems, and help run a healthy and profitable business.

This is a hands-on leadership role working directly with ownership and department leaders. The right person will be comfortable moving between people, operations, financials, and strategy while keeping the organization moving in the same direction.

What You’ll Do
