Job summary

Five Guys in Washington is seeking a proven restaurant leader to build and mentor a winning crew, drive exceptional guest experiences, and own daily operations. You will recruit, train, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality burgers and friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of leadership in a restaurant, a hands-on coaching style, and a strong owner-like commitment to safety, cleanliness, and financial results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading restaurant teams with P&L responsibility.
• Hands-on teacher, coach, and mentor to crew.
• Strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service.
• Desire to grow business through community engagement.
• ServSafe certification required or preferred.

• Real work/life balance. Our locations are open from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM. We are also closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas day. Best of all - no drive-thru!

We have an open kitchen experience so it's fun and it's loud with lots of team communication. The crew's burger creation is part of the customer experience.
