Five Guys Burgers and Fries is seeking a proven leader to run a busy restaurant, developing a high-performing team and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Hands-on teacher, cheerleader, coach and mentor to the crew.
• Owner-like commitment to operations and customer service.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative approach to growing the business (community-engagement, fundraisers, etc.).
• ServSafe certification is required.

• Real work/life balance. Our locations are open from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM. We are also closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas day. Best of all - no drive-thru!
