Job summary

Oak & Stone is seeking a General Manager to lead our team with a shared passion for heartfelt hospitality, great food and drinks, and strong community relationships.

You will supervise daily operations, drive guest experiences, manage costs, and uphold our mission, values, sanitation and alcohol policies while conducting interviews and onboarding and preparing P&L reports. This role requires visible leadership, coaching, and accountability to ensure consistent service and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing hospitality operations.
