As General Manager, you are the leader of your center and ultimately responsible for its people, culture, growth, operations, and member experience.
During the pre-opening phase, you’ll play a critical role in building momentum for KidStrong Pembroke Pines. You’ll lead the pre-sale membership campaign, connect with prospective families, build community partnerships, recruit and develop your team, and help ensure the center opens with a strong foundation.
Once open, you’ll continue to lead from the front—developing your team, driving sales and membership growth, delivering an exceptional member experience, and stepping onto the floor to coach alongside your team.
This is not a traditional 9–5 desk job. Our strongest General Managers are visible, engaged leaders who know their team, know their families, understand their numbers, and aren’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.

Build relationships with members and deliver an exceptional family experience
Manage staffing and class schedules based on center needs and demand
Coach approximately 3–5 KidStrong classes per week and lead by example
Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming center
We’re looking for someone who is equal parts leader, operator, motivator, and coach.
Our ideal candidate has:
1–3+ years of leadership or management experience
A strong background or interest in coaching, fitness, athletics, education, child development, or youth programs
Experience in sales, customer service, or business operations
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The confidence and drive to build membership and community awareness for a new location
The ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

This is an active role. General Managers should be comfortable:
Staying active and energetic throughout the day
Demonstrating movements and coaching children
Being on their feet for extended periods
Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
If you’re looking for a leadership role where you can launch a new center, build a team, grow a business, connect with your community, and make a meaningful impact on kids and families, we want to hear from you.
