A leading company is seeking a General Manager to spearhead operational and sales strategies in preparation for their official market entry. The GM will be responsible for driving sales growth, overseeing compliance, and leading a diverse team to ensure a successful launch.
A. Strategic Leadership
● Develop and implement scalable business strategies aligned with company vision
● Set and monitor monthly and quarterly productivity frameworks
● Lead pre-launch market entry planning and territory expansion initiatives
B. Team Management
● Directly supervise 7 SFDOs and indirectly manage 70 FDOs
● Conduct weekly performance reviews and strategic alignment meetings
● Motivate and guide teams while resolving field-level execution challenges
● Design incentive frameworks, recognition programs, and improvement strategies
C. Business Development
● Drive ₹15 lakh monthly sales through tactical execution and field performance
● Assist in converting high-value clients and managing major accounts
● Build and maintain relationships with insurers, aggregators, and channel partners
D. Training and Capability Building
● Lead product, process, and compliance training for SFDOs and FDOs
● Implement mentorship, onboarding modules, and upskilling frameworks
● Monitor team development progress and adapt training delivery accordingly
E. Operational Oversight
● Supervise end-to-end operations, ensuring IRDAI compliance and SOP adherence
● Leverage CRM systems for field reporting, performance tracking, and customer onboarding
● Resolve client grievances and escalate issues with timely interventions
F. Compliance and Reporting
● Submit detailed MIS reports on business performance, risks, and trends
● Ensure full adherence to internal policies, ethical conduct, and regulatory norms
● Maintain a structured documentation system for field operations and decision logs
