Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Texas is seeking a General Manager to lead the daily operations and oversee the restaurant management team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and top performance. You will drive performance through coaching, training, and strategic oversight of the P&L and local operations.

The role includes responsibility for local marketing, staff development, and engagement with community fundraising activities, while maintaining compliance with labor laws and health/safety

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting, including previous General Manager roles.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and safety procedures.
• Ability to manage and direct staff, drive training, and champion development of team members.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.
