Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for the Fort Lauderdale area. You will lead hotel operations, drive revenue and guest satisfaction, and manage a team to uphold Atrium's SPIRIT values.

Expect collaboration with corporate brand teams, focus on assets protection, and responsiveness to evolving guest needs. A relocation willingness is preferred for candidates capable of guiding multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of GM experience or 2+ years as GM over 2+ hotels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hotel management/business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, cloud apps, and hotel PMS.

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Ensure preventive maintenance of the property, including mechanical and IT systems.
• Manage loss prevention and risk management policies to protect hotel assets and ensure safety.
• Engage with associates to improve hotel culture and embrace Atrium’s core values.

What We Are Looking For:

• 6+ years of experienceas a General Manager, or 2+ years as General Manager over 2 or more hotels. This ensures you have the leadership experience needed to guide our team effectively.
• Previous experience as a General Manager with a major branded hotel, demonstrating a strong understanding of brand standards, initiatives, and collaborative partnerships with corporate brand teams.
• Extensive rooms and/or F&B experienceto manage all aspects of hotel operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or related field; or equivalent experience. This provides the foundational knowledge required for strategic decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite, cloud-based apps, and hotel property management systemsto streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Willingness to relocateto embrace new opportunities and challenges.
