The General Manager (GM) is ultimately responsible for all restaurant activities, ensuring they align with the business plan. The GM oversees staff performance, including Shift Leaders, Crew Trainers, and Crew Persons, ensuring responsibilities are met.

Essential Functions
  1. Model and foster an environment where the Guest is always right, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  2. Respond promptly and positively to guest concerns.
  3. Hire high-quality personnel who demonstrate and ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
  4. Ensure all employees are trained and empowered to deliver total guest satisfaction.
  5. Evaluate employee performance in maintaining high guest satisfaction levels.
  6. Continuously improve employee skills, knowledge, and morale.
  7. Train, coach, and provide regular performance feedback.
  8. Maintain a fun and enjoyable work environment.
  9. Develop and execute the business plan, including fiscal responsibilities, manpower planning, and local marketing.
  10. Use labor effectively to meet budget targets.
  11. Manage financial results.
  12. Implement company-wide marketing programs.
  13. Enforce all applicable labor laws.
  14. Uphold food safety, handling, and sanitation standards to ensure health and safety.
  15. Maintain a guest-focused approach.
  16. Demonstrate high personal integrity, treating all employees with honesty, respect, and dignity.
  17. Be performance-oriented, clearly communicating expectations, measuring results, recognizing good performance, and addressing poor performance.
Education

High school diploma or equivalent. 3–5 years management experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.

Hours

Able to work a 47.5–50 hour week with flexible hours as scheduled by the District Manager.
