Job summary

Little Caesars is hiring a General Manager in Spartanburg, SC. You will build and supervise a team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales and profitability, and run the restaurant per company standards and procedures.

Your responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, promotions, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency to meet service targets.

• Ensure customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals.
• Prepare and ensure that all colleagues prepare consistent, high quality products that are served to customers.
• Achieve standards for a clean and organized restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff.
• Develop a productive team through direction and supervision, with effective communication, delegation and disciplinary actions.
• Complete daily, weekly and period-end paperwork as directed by Area Supervisor or Market Director.
• Schedule, food ordering, and product projections; maintain restaurant equipment.
• Implement local store marketing events and in-store promotions to increase sales.

Your responsibilities will include

• Ensuring customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals
• Preparing and ensuring that all colleagues prepare consistent, high quality products that are served to customers
• Achieving the standards for a clean and organized restaurant
• Recruiting, hiring, training and evaluating
• Developing a productive team by providing direction and supervision of colleagues through the appropriate use of communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills and implements change in a positive manner resulting in low colleague turnover
• Accurately completing all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period end activities as directed by the Area Supervisor or Market Director
• Scheduling, food ordering, and product projections accurately and maintaining restaurant equipment
• Properly implementing shakerboarding, local store marketing events, and in-store promotions that result in increased sales
