• Set and achieve restaurant goals in partnership with the Corporate Lead.
• Lead Department Managers, coaching them to improve performance and meeting departmental objectives.
• Recruit and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a high‑performing leadership team.
• Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.

Qualifications

• Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
