Responsibilities:
  1. Understand, believe in, and uphold Massage Envy's Mission, Vision and Values
  2. Ensure their location is performing and has a laser focus in each functional area of the OKR (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements)
  3. Monitor staffing levels across all departments and ensure all positions are staffed appropriately
  4. Coach, develop, and retrain underperformers in sales and service expectations
  5. Ensure all licensure, training, and documentation are current and in accordance with regulations
  6. Participate in company and Regional Developer Conference Calls and weekly Operation Director calls
  7. Continuously train team on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics for professional development
  8. Facilitate resolution of customer service issues and address systemic opportunities
  9. Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives
  10. Manage location's payroll and inventory, review reports for errors, and address profitability opportunities
  11. Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and partner with Operations Director to address performance concerns and celebrate wins

Requirements:
  1. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills

  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

ROP: $50,000 - $60,000 annually DOE + quarterly bonuses
