Nbutexas is seeking a growth-minded General Manager to lead a high-volume quick service restaurant. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence, staff development, and exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

The GM will recruit, train, and coach the team, manage costs, and ensure quality and safety standards are met while driving profitability and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant General Manager experience.
• Proven success leading and developing management teams.
• Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, and restaurant financials.
• ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Hamburger University Graduate.
