Job summary

Envoy Air is seeking a station operations leader to oversee training compliance and ensure safe, efficient service for American Airlines customers. You will lead a team, drive accountability, and maintain open lines of communication with employees and partners.

This role requires the ability to manage day-to-day operations, safeguard on-time aircraft movements, and develop a strong, motivated workforce. You will work with internal teams and external partners to uphold quality and safety at the

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid, unexpired REAL ID driver’s license or travel authorization as required.
• Experience with a commercial airline or ground handler in a leadership role.
• Ability to work non-standard schedules including 24/7/365 coverage.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.
• Experience working with contract labor workgroups may be preferred.
• Customer-focused, accountable, self-motivated, and collaborative.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Requirements

• Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
• Previous experience with a commercial airline or ground handler in a leadership role
• Available to work non-standard work schedules, when necessary, due to changing or unplanned operational needs; including ability to be available to your team 24/7/365
• Must have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with various internal and external partners
• Experience working with contract labor workgroups may be preferred in some locationslain
• Must be accomplished, customer-focused, accountable, self-motivated, and collaborative
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
