SPENGA is seeking a responsible Studio Manager to oversee daily operations and drive sales of memberships while promoting the SPENGA brand. You will manage staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure a high-energy, guest-centric studio environment.

The manager is responsible for the performance and success of the studio. The job encompasses everything involved in running the day-to-day operations of the SPENGA studio, from maintaining the books to the development and promotion of the SPENGA brand. The general manager will also be the sales manager responsible for sales of memberships and building business.

Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

SPENGA stands for spin + strength + yoga, and we combine all 3 into one 60-minute workout. With 50+ studios running and 250+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community.
