SPENGA is seeking a Sales Manager in Marlborough, MA to drive studio sales performance, lead generation, tracking, and membership sales while managing a dedicated sales team. The role focuses on promoting SPENGA's brand and building a high-energy, customer-centric culture.

• Submit accurate and timely reports.
• Plan and promote events through community outreach and partnerships.
• Promote SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.

In-depth training is provided through our learning management system, along with hands-on training with the management team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year

In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
