Salary Range for General Manager: $120,000 - $145,000 annually, plus eligibility for bonuses based on performance. Salary may vary based on experience and other factors.

Job Purpose: Manage daily restaurant operations, oversee front and back of house, ensure service quality, manage inventories, control costs, and foster Din Tai Fung’s core values.

Responsibilities include:

1. Setting professional standards and managing teams
2. Staffing, training, and performance coaching
3. Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness
4. Inventory and cost management
5. Customer and staff communication
6. Compliance with health and safety regulations
7. Managing finances, budgets, and vendor relations
8. Overseeing all stations and procedures

Requirements:

• 2-5 years management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Flexible schedule, minimum 5 days/week, 10 hours/day
• Proficiency in email, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and team leadership
• Ability to stand long periods and perform with minimal supervision
