Benefits of the Auto Body General Manager Position:

• Expected annual compensation of $130,000 – $150,000, including profit-sharing incentives ranging from $2,500 to $4,000 per month
• 401(k) plan with company matching

• Experience in auto body shop service writing/estimating with DRP experience
• Proficiency in CCC One, Mitchell, and I-Car programs
• High energy and a sense of urgency
• Prior experience with direct repair programs
• Strong operational and leadership skills
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain approval from insurance partners
