Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation in Minnesota seeks a General Manager to own the guest experience, teams, financials, and culture of the center. You’ll lead operations across bowling, arcade, F&B, and events, directing teams to deliver memorable guest experiences and drive sales.

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume, guest-focused venue (entertainment, hospitality, or full-service restaurant).
• A proven record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• A track record of building and developing leadership teams from the ground up.
• A visible, floor-first leadership presence, especially during peak periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Role

Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package which includes healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. The pay rate pay range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on qualifications
