Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Denver, CO to keep every department running, drive revenue on the floor, and ensure guests depart eager to return. When the GM is out, you own the shift, the team, and the results.

You will hire, train, coach, and schedule hourly teams, manage daily financials, and execute company initiatives with the GM. A background in hospitality and high-volume operations is required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales and operational performance across a multi-department environment.
• Experience training and developing department-level managers.
• A floor-first management style; you lead by being present, not by directing from a distance.
• Financial acumen including labor forecasting, cost control, and direct P&L impact.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The pay range for this position is $75,000 to $80,000 per year.
