Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a General Manager in Centereach, NY to own the guest experience, the team, and the P&L for the center. You will lead operations across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, stepping into any role as needed and driving sales through guest engagement and events.

The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, setting clear performance standards, and maintaining a guest-focused culture during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume, guest-focused venue.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• Experience building and developing leadership teams.
• Visible, floor-first leadership presence during peak periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The Role

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
