Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs: Manage the front and back of shop from vehicle intake through delivery to ensure high throughput, quality, and efficiency, surpassing KPIs.
  • Labor assignment and production management: Assign repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritize vehicles for teardown or paint.
  • Teammate support: Support teammates during peak times by assisting with customer reception, vehicle check-in, and estimate writing as needed.
  • Monitor and attain production goals and standards: Ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-Car quality standards, are billed correctly, and PPE protocols are followed for safety.
  • Complete shop payroll and staffing: Ensure adherence to punch-in/out guidelines, manage PTO, vacation, or leave, and process payroll timely.
  • Manage daily production flow: Communicate with team members to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
  • Write DRP-compliant estimates: Complete estimates after full disassembly, update estimates as needed, and finalize them.
  • Team acquisition, coaching, and development: Understand role requirements, conduct interviews, hire suitable candidates, and provide performance coaching and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of collision industry, including insurance procedures and carrier requirements.
  • Aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
  • Proficiency in estimating software, specifically CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
  • Proficient with computers and technology.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

We are committed to providing competitive compensation. The actual offer will depend on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, and qualifications.

Pay Range

Minimum: USD $75,000.00 per year

Maximum: USD $135,750.00 per year
