Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a dynamic General Manager for its Pennsylvania clubs. You will lead revenue growth, manage a sales-driven team, and foster a fun, result-oriented culture aligned with our No Judgments philosophy.

The GM will hire and train staff, develop leaders, and drive client retention while building a competitive, energetic team focused on growth and exceptional member experiences.
