Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead one of our high-traffic clubs. You will drive revenue growth, oversee daily operations, manage a 7-10 person team, and foster a "No Judgments" culture that motivates staff and members alike.

With at least 3 years in sales and 1–2 years of team leadership, you will hire, train and develop a strong sales team, build local partnerships, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while supporting Crunch's rapid growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Minimum of 1–2 years managing a team of 7–10 employees.
