Crunch Fitness is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead one of our fast-growing clubs in Illinois. You will drive revenue, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional member experience.

You will hire, train, and develop a 7-10 person team, build local outreach, and maintain a high-energy, no-judgments culture in line with Crunch's values. This role offers growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years managing a team of 7-10 employees.
