Crunch Fitness is seeking a dynamic General Manager in New Jersey to lead revenue growth and drive a highly performing sales team at our gym. The GM will hire, train, and develop staff, while fostering a thriving, customer-centric culture in a fast-growing franchise.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of sales experience and 1-2 years of team leadership in a results-oriented environment. A passion for fitness and strong communication are essential for success.
