Job summary

Thrasher Group in Des Moines is seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent us and Hello Garage at home shows, fairs, and local events. You’ll engage homeowners, share our story, and generate leads by building real human connections.

All experience levels welcome. The role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel to events, and a positive, outgoing personality. We offer uncapped commission, paid training, flexible scheduling, and per diem to support field work.

Qualifications

• All experience levels accepted.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Energetic, dependable, and not afraid to strike up a conversation.
• Must be at least 18.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check.

Pay Range: Base of $18/hour plus uncapped commission on leads and booked appointments!
