Job summary

Thrasher Foundation Repair is seeking a Construction Team Member in Springfield. You’ll learn the trade from day one with comprehensive training and a defined path from Installer to Lead Installer to Team Lead.

Starting Pay: $17–$21/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.

High-Earning Potential: With strong performance, bonus-eligible crew members earn an average of $35–$55/hour total compensation. There’s no cap, so your earning potential grows with your success!
