Job summary

Thrasher Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent Hello Garage at home shows, fairs, and local events. You’ll engage homeowners, tell our story, and generate leads by building real connections.

This flexible, high-energy role is ideal for someone who loves people, purpose, and representing something worth believing in. Base pay is $18/hour with uncapped commission on leads and booked appointments, plus comprehensive paid training and meal per diem.

Qualifications

• All experience levels accepted.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Energetic, dependable, and not afraid to strike up a conversation.
• Must be at least 18.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check.

Responsibilities

• Represent our brand with warmth, confidence, and enthusiasm.
• Connect with event attendees, ask great questions, and spark conversations.
• Educate potential customers on services we provide.
• Use an iPad to generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Base of $18/hour plus uncapped commission on leads and booked appointments!
