Job summary

Thrasher Foundation Repair seeks a Brand Ambassador to represent our company at home shows and local events. You will engage homeowners, share our story, and generate leads through genuine conversations and active participation in events in Des Moines, IA.

We offer a base of $18/hour with uncapped commission on leads and booked appointments, along with paid training and flexible scheduling to support growth and career development.

Qualifications

• All experience levels accepted.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Energetic and dependable, not afraid to strike up a conversation.
• Must be at least 18.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check.

Responsibilities

• Represent our brand with warmth, confidence, and enthusiasm.
• Connect with event attendees, ask great questions, and spark conversations.
• Educate potential customers on services we provide.
• Use an iPad to generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Base of $18/hour plus uncapped commission on leads and booked appointments!

You’ll engage with homeowners, share our story, and generate leads by creating real, human connection.
