Job summary

Ruiz McDonald’s invites an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in the St. Louis metro area. You will coach and grow a management team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and run the location with ownership-minded leadership.

You will be responsible for daily operations, staffing, profitability, and ensuring top-tier food safety and customer satisfaction. This role offers a strong growth path within a stable franchise group and a comprehensive benefits package.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $60,000 depending on experience
• Performance-based bonus with the potential of earning an additional 17% of your salary

The Role: General Manager

As a General Manager, you are the business leader of your restaurant. You’ll coach and grow your management team, deliver an excellent guest experience, and run your location with ownership-minded leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and manage the floor during peak hours
• Coach, mentor, and develop Department Managers & Shift Leaders
• Build a strong staffing pipeline that meets restaurant needs
• Improve profitability through sales growth, labor management, and waste reduction
• Deliver high standards in QSC, PM routines, and food safety
• Execute new product rollouts and operational initiatives
• Communicate clearly between owner/operator leadership and your team
• Drive community involvement and local store marketing (if desired)
