Ruiz McDonald’s in the St. Louis metro area is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant with ownership-minded leadership, coach and grow the management team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You will drive profitability, manage peak hours, build staffing, and execute new product rollouts while maintaining high standards in QSC, safety, and community involvement.
